Police in Steuben County arrested three men this week after they failed to register on time as a sex or violent offender. Ronald Albright, 53, of Angola, Kenneth Brinkman, 51, of Ashley, and Bradley Trouten, 37, of Angola were arrested and taken to the Steuben County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
